A Comprehensive and Compassionate Approach to Veterinary Medicine

Today, I am opening my veterinary medical-surgical practice, where every animal—whether furry, feathered, or scaly—is welcomed and cared for with respect, dignity, love, and compassion. Our goal is to provide effective, tailored, gentle, and holistic care, combining traditional veterinary medicine with alternative therapies such as phytotherapy, animal communication, osteopathy, as well as therapeutic and surgical laser treatments.
Care for Dogs, Cats, and Exotic Pets (NAC)
I practice medicine and surgery for dogs, cats, and exotic pets (NAC), including small mammals, birds, and reptiles.
As a reminder, exotic pets (NAC) include rodents, birds (from chickens to parrots, sometimes even rescuing seagulls), and reptiles (from turtles to snakes, not forgetting lizards).

Dr. Déborah Ducheix – Veterinarian in Le Cannet
Animals have always been my passion, and their well-being is my calling.
A veterinarian since 2008, I have always placed the well-being and best interest of my patients at the heart of my practice. My professional journey has taken me around the world, where I have gained invaluable experience that now enhances my holistic approach to care.

International Expertise
A few months at the Ste Catherine Institute in the United States allowed me to refine my skills in bird and exotic pet care. I also spent several weeks in a wildlife reserve, deepening my knowledge of veterinary medicine. After completing an internship in Lyon and gaining 15 years of experience in veterinary clinics, I am now opening my own practice.
A Passion for Exotic Pets (NAC)
My passion for exotic pets (NAC) began in my teenage years with my first pet rat. When she fell ill, we sought treatment for her, but at the time, veterinary medicine for these animals was very limited.
For many, replacing an animal is cheaper than treating it, especially when it comes to exotic pets. But to me, they are all family members, and every life deserves the same respect and care.
